Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, you will receive the exact product shown in the picture. We take great care to ensure that all our product images accurately reflect what you will receive. The item you see in the listing is a true representation of the product, including its design, color, and features. Where can I view my sales receipt?

How can I return an item?

You can return anything unused within 7 days for a refund or exchange, whichever you prefer. Any returned item accompanied by a receipt will be refunded at the original purchase price of the item(s) in the original payment method. Items not returned in the original condition are subject to a restocking fee. After 7 days we will repair or replace items that have manufacturing defects. Return your item(s) to us and enclose the completed return form from your original packing slip. If your return is not received, it is the responsibility of the customer. We suggest using a return shipping method with tracking.

 

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes, We do as soon we get the item back in stock. Usually, if buyer place orders and item are in back order. we can either hold the payment for the item and ship the order as soon we get back in stock or refund full amount to the buyer as upon buyer's wish.
