Frequently asked questions

When can I begin earning?

How does the referral window work?

The referral window is 30 days. Tracking depends on cookies and a qualifying recorded referral; it does not guarantee credit for every visit or purchase.

When are commissions paid?

What happens if an order is cancelled or refunded?
