These black velvet pants end just below the knee. They have a 2" wide, flat waist front with an elastic back for a tailored fit. There are 2 hidden pockets at the side seams. Completely lined, these pants have decorative bands of trim running the length of each leg.
The pants are then gathered to create 3 tiers that are secured with a rich gold rope garter that has been stitched into place. The pants have a stiff, 1-1/2" cuff band with buttons so they can be worn inside boots or over tights.
